Refund policy

General Information

  1. The return must be sent within a maximum of 14 days from the date the order was delivered.
  2. The returned product must not be damaged, stained, or washed. It must include all original tags, which must not have been removed. Receipt is also required.
  3. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
  4. The refund amount corresponds to the value of the returned product – shipping costs are not refunded.
  5. To successfully complete a return, the return form must be filled out and included in the return package or sent in PDF format to the email address: contact@cmv.sx
  6. You may cancel your order before it has been fulfilled by visiting your order status page. You should have a direct link to this page on your email with order confirmation. You can also do this via Shop app.

Returns

How to return a product:

1. To initiate a return you have 3 options:

 

  • fill out the form in the "Contact" section -> You can ship the order by yourself or we can send you an email with shipping label (cost is 15PLN within Poland or the same as chosen shipping for your order in other countries)

 

  • log into your account and return order by yourself at: https://account.cmv.sx -> We'll send you an email with shipping label (cost is 15PLN within Poland or the same as chosen shipping for your order in other countries)

 

2. Return form: Download and fill a return form, which must be included in the return package along with the product and receipt. If you do not have access to a printer, send the completed form in PDF format to the email address: contact@cmv.sx.

3. Return verification: Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the returned product. You will also be informed of the decision to approve or reject the return.

4. Refund: If the return is approved, the funds will be refunded to the bank account used for the original payment within a maximum of 14 days. If there are any issues with processing the refund, we will contact you.

Please remember to include the return form and receipt in the package. If you are unable to print the form, please send the completed version in PDF format to: contact@cmv.sx

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
