TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CMV ONLINE STORE
§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms,” define the rules for using the online store available at the URL: http://cmv.sx/, hereinafter referred to as the “Store.”
- The Store is operated by CMV Jakub Urynowicz, with its registered office in Prudziszki (postal code: 16-404), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.” NIP 8442389370, REGON 541893571
- These Terms are addressed to Consumers and define the rules and procedures for concluding a distance Sales Agreement with the Consumer via the Store.
- Before using the Store, each Customer should read these Terms.
- Making purchases in the Store requires an active email account.
§ 2. Definitions

Store – the online store available at cmv.sx, allowing the purchase of Products.

Seller – the owner of the Store (the entity indicated in § 1 sec. 2 of these Terms).

Customer – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store.

Consumer – a natural person entering into an agreement with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Product – a movable item or service available in the Store, purchased by the Customer through the Store.

Sales Agreement – a distance contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the online Store.

Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement via the Store.

Account – the Customer’s individual account in the Store.

Registration Form – a form available in the Store that allows for the creation of an Account.

Order Form – an interactive form used to place an Order through the Store, including the choice of delivery and payment methods.

Cart – a tool that enables compiling, reviewing, and modifying the Order.

Pre-Order – a pre-sale order fulfilled after the pre-sale period ends. Estimated shipping time is shown on the product page.
- Make to order - Special design produced upon order. This item is non-refundable as it is made to client order.

§ 4. Technical Requirements
To use the Store, the following are required:
- A device with Internet access
- A web browser that supports cookies
- An active email account
§ 5. General Information
- The Seller reserves the right to suspend the Store’s operation due to technical or other reasons beyond their control.
- Browsing the Store’s offer does not require registration.
- Orders may be placed with or without registration.
- All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (inclusive of VAT).
§ 6. Placing an Order
To place an order, the Customer must:
- Select a Product and add it to the Cart using the appropriate button.
- Proceed to the Order Form.
- Provide recipient data, delivery address, and billing information (if different).
- Choose the delivery and payment method.
- Complete the payment.
§ 7. Delivery and Payment
Delivery methods:

- InPost Kurier
- International shipping
Payment methods:
- Visa

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- American Express
Online payment processing is provided by Shopify Payments.
§ 8. Order Fulfillment
- After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation via email.
- The Sales Agreement is concluded upon receipt of this confirmation.
- Products are shipped within the time specified in the Product description.
- For Pre-Orders, the delivery time may be extended and is specified on the Product page.
- For orders including Products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
- Fulfillment begins upon successful payment authorization.
- For shipments outside the EU, the Customer bears customs clearance costs.
§ 9. Right of Withdrawal
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
- This period begins on the day the Product is delivered.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a) hygienic items (e.g., underwear, masks, socks) after opening,
b) Made to order products. - Refunds are made to the account associated with the original payment method.
- The Consumer may withdraw from the agreement by returning the unused Product together with the invoice and any free gifts. More information can be found in the "Return Policy" section.
§ 10. Complaints
- All Products offered in the Store are new and original.
- Complaints can be filed within 2 years from the date of receiving the Product.
- Customers who are entrepreneurs waive their right to warranty.

§ 11. Personal data
- The Seller is the controller of personal data.
- Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Details regarding data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy.
§ 12. Final provisions
- The Terms come into effect upon publication on the Store’s website.
- Agreements are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
- Disputes shall be resolved amicably or by the competent court having jurisdiction over the Seller.
